Delivery times

Delivery time for products is usually 2-25 working days. If the products you have ordered are in stock, we will send your order immediately. Products arrive within 2-15 working days of your order. If the product is temporarily out of stock or when the product is an Ordered Product (eg. coming through a supplier), delivery usually takes 3-5 weeks. If the product you have ordered is no longer available, we will notify you by e-mail or telephone and the money will be returned to the indicated bank account. You can track the status of your order via the link in the order confirmation email.

Delivery methods and costs

The delivery methods are offered by Posti and Matkahuolto. We deliver orders in Finland, as well as in Europe (EU). When ordering a package abroad, first contact our customer service Info@suomenmaastovaruste.com We reserve the right not to ship an order if there has been a material price error in the product information (eg the product has no price at all) or the product is no longer available from the importer.

 

The cost of a delivery is same regardless of the size of the package, domestic packages 8 € and foreign packages 15 €. Delivery is free for orders over 50 €. You can track the delivery via the link that can be found in order confirmation email.

Payment methods that are accepted: Visa, Mastercard and American Express debit cards.

Orders validity

a) Communication between the parties takes place either by e-mail (Info@suomenmaastovaruste.com) or in another way described by the company. After placing his order, the consumer undertakes to monitor his e-mail to receive the order confirmation.

b) A binding sales agreement is valid when the company has sent an order confirmation by e-mail.
 

c) The consumer has right to cancel the whole order or parts of the order by e-mail or in another way described by the company before the delivery of the order. Delivery has taken place when a part of the order or a statement that the order can be picked up has been delivered to the consumer.
 

d) After placing a consumer order, the company has no right to change the terms of the contract.

The valid price is the price that is in the company's price list at http://www.suomenmaastovaruste.com. The valid price is given in euros (EUR) including VAT. The company reserves the right to change prices. We reserve the right to deliver 1 offer product / customer.
